We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns will be processed via store credit only, NO REFUNDS. Any requests made past our 30 day return policy deadline or request including final sale items will be declined.

Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following cases:

Wrong Item Shipped: If you receive an item different from what you ordered.

Quality Issues: If the product has a manufacturing defect or quality problem that impacts its use.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number. If an item appears worn, smells of perfume or essential oils, deodorant, makeup, or has animal hair it will not be accepted as a return. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns, we do not provide pre-paid return labels.
Store credit will be issued via e-gift card to the email on file within 5 business days of receiving your return for the amount paid, less shipping cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately by email if the item arrives defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You may email us an image of any defected or damaged items.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
NO EXCHANGES. RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. You may then repurchase the item in the correct size needed with your store e-gift card.
